Dear Ms. Lewis

As a graduate student at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, I found the webinar on the BLN Adult Literacy Program on January 06, 2025, to be deeply engaging and informative. Using a cultural and historically relevant prism, the program deepened and broadened my understanding of adult literacy. The information presented and the discussion it evoked valorized and re-signified alternative knowledges by employing diverse and creatively inspired pedagogical tools, including poetry and storytelling. The authenticity of the session resonated with me, and I am looking forward to subsequent sessions.
